I need to trust my gut more. It never lies.

I need to write more; it’s cathartic.

I should write this blog earlier in the evening when I’m not so tired. It’d make more sense.

I wish I could sleep through the entire night.

I need to stop fearing that a shoe will drop, and try to be happy.

If I wasn’t on so many damned pills. I worry sometimes they contradict each other.

For drug interactions, check with your phamacist. Make sure you take all the drugs with you or write down everything you take and what dose and when. Try to get your prescriptions all at the same place so they know what else you’re taking when you get a new or different prescripton. Also you should have a list in your wallet or whatever else you always have with your so that, in case of emergency, doctors or medics know what you take. G and I each carry a list and have a copy in a pill bottle in the fridge. I’ve heard that’s where emergency medics would check.

How did your Sunday afternoon date go? Hugs, B
